what type of medication do you take for SINUS PAIN AND PRESSURE ?

I am 4 months post-op open rny. I had a sinus infection a few weeks ago, and took Sudafed 12-hour in the morning only (otherwise I can't sleep). The doc also had me use Afrin nasal spray for ONLY 3 days. With the antibiotic, it totally cleared everything up.
