Awesome!!! Way to go Virginia. Let's start seeing this enacted in every state and country. I for one am copying this and sending it to the Division of Insurance of my state to get it applied.

Being a native born and bred and STILL living in Virginia, Virginian...I did not know that this exsisted....WOW..thank you for posting this and i feel a little better about insurance coverage in Virginia...and for those of you living in Northern Virginia, seeking a surgeon, check out Dr.Roll and Dr.Anez.

Here is a small listing of individual health care companies. Keep in mind that insurance companies ARE mandated to offer the surgery, but the employers ARE NOT obligated to purchase the rider. These companies that offer individual insurance ARE mandated to offer the rider. I've had to change from group to individual, I'm paying the same dollar amount and I'll be getting what I want.
