looking for a social work agency in peoria, il w/insurance that covers wls

my insurance has denied my request for gastric bypass surgery as they have a written exclusion policy in regards to treatment of obesity. does anyone know of any agencies with insurance that will cover the surgery? i'm considering leaving my current employer after 8 years so i can work somewhere else with insurance that will cover the surgery.    — [Anonymous] (posted on February 6, 2001)
