Has anyone heard of Dr. Battle in IN?

I just noticed that a new surgeon from Indiana has joined the ASBS. But, I can't find any other information about him. Has anyone here heard of Dr. F. Gerald Battle M.D. in Michigan City, Indiana? Dr. Battle no longer does WLS, however a Dr. Rivera in the same clinic (Walter's clinic) does gastric surgeries.
