Question:
Will the spray zinc provide enough to stop my hairloss?

I found out after my surgery on June 30, 2000 that my zinc levels were low even pre-op, so I was told to start taking 50mg of Zinc three times a day. At nine weeks postop my hair started falling out and has not stopped since. I figured this was probably because I don't always take my zinc when I am supposed to because it sometimes makes me really sick. After reading on here about the sray zinc I decided to purchase it, however, when I got it a couple of days ago I noticed that on the bottle it says 1mg of zinc per spray. How will this ever be enough? This is the Vitamin C + Zinc from Karemor that I bought, but isn't that the only spray vitamins available? They didn't have one with only Zinc.    — Kelly P. Hi Did you like the taste of the Spray vitamins.If you dont take your vitamins,you get nothing,if the pill does not disolve,you get nothing.The oral absorped sprays can be many,many times more bio-avalible and are the only sprays as such.Zinc as a metalic mineral.Minerals that are put in pills are almost like a rock.You are what you absorb!Web www.credden.mybsns.com Best Regards James Redden
