Why do you need to take diet pills? You have a much better tool already
with the surgery. Work with that! Diet pills could cause you not to eat
what is needed to stay healthy - or they could cause other problems
depending on type of diet pills. I'd avoid that one altogether!

I can appreciate your question and I am currently 20 months post-op for a
lap-ryn and am currently taking Xenadrine (Purchased at GNC) to suppress my
appitite. I was at my goal weight of 137 (5'4") and have gained about
22 pounds. I am scared to gain one more ounce! These pills definately
curb my appitite and I want to get back down to 140-145, Then I will
discontinue the pills. I excercise 4-5 times per week but just can't seem
to get that full feeling so I am constantly grazing. I am now also seeking
nutritional counseling and contemplating joining Weight Watchers, basically
for the weekly support group meetings. If you would like to correspond,
please email me at [email protected]
