additional help required!

In addition to my previous enquiry about WLS books and mags, many thanks for the responses. Now, I went into Daryl's site and found a picture of him on the front page of a magazine called Weight Loss Surgery-Tool of Freedom Magazine. I live in Ireland so I can't rush out and buy it, I have to rely on what I can buy online. Can anyone help with any online purchasing info about this mag or similar?
