What are the effects, if any on major organs, such as liver, heart, gall bladder?

I am 7 months post-op and have had some problems with my heart. I have a lot of PVC's (skipped beats) and some problems with tachacardia (rapid heartrate). I have seen a cardiologist and he thinks that it is a result of the 130 pounds that I have lost. The good news is that it isn't life threatening. It will just take time for my body to adjust to the new me.
