Question:
Does anyone have a recipe for a good chocolate protein drink. A few years back I
lost weight on Physicians Weight Loss Program. They had these supplements ie. cream/chicken soup, hot chocolate, (two of my favorites). I's like a recipe for something like this if anyone has any. Thanks! — Pamela G. (posted on July 2, 2000)

ProScore 100 chocolate, 6-8 oz of water, maybe 1/2C crushed ice & a
hand blender. YUM! My husband prefers ProBlend 55 chocolate, 5 oz of water,
NO ICE (yuck), shake and drink. If I need a "shake'n go" model, I
use 50/50 of the PB55 vanilla and chocolate with 4 oz of water, ice if I
can get it. Some people prefer Designer, but I find it a little bland
myself. Just mix 'em with water, though, not milk. Too much sugar in milk!
Water has NO calories, fats, carbs or cost involved!

I use 1 scoop of ProComplex Chocolate and 1 scoop of ProComplex
Vanilla...and mix it with (are you ready for this) about 10 oz of cold
brewed decaf coffee...toss some ice in the blender...it's wonderful.

I'm on a liquid/blenderized diet for 8 weeks. My first issue is making sure
I have enough protien, of course. I take a box of sugar-free instant
chocolate pudding mix, put in about 1/2 scoop of soy protien powder (I use
Trader Joe's), and make the pudding with chocolate soy milk. This gives me
a lot of protien and a good amount of vitamins with a small amount of
food...it can be thinned even further using more soy milk...and the best
part is that it tastes great!
