Has anyone with BC/BS of Tn. Blue Preferred PPO

I have NC Teacher State Employees BCBS and it covered my surgery. They approved it 5 days after receiving request. I was 100 pounds overweight, have high blood pressure, chronic plantar fasciitis(tendon problems in both feet), hx or morbid obesity in family, diabetes in family too. I was told that all states are different regarding BCBS coverage. Check your policy. Good luck. Email if you have any other questions Lou Ann

I had BCBS Federal (I live in TN) and they approved in 5 working days.
