Question:
Skin elasticity. How do I improve my skin elasticity so that I sag as little as possible?

Exercise and plenty of water will help to maintain or improve skin
elasticity. Check the database on this site for other answers which have
ben give to this same type of question. :-)

HI THERE, I HAVE NOT YET GONE THROUGH WITH THE SURGERY, BUT I DID LOSE 117
POUNDS A FEW YRS BACK AND I EXERSISED REGUALARLY, IT DID HELP BUT I HAD A
PERSONNAL TRAINER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IN TIME I WILL LOOK NORMAL, THAT IT
WILL TAKE TIME!!! BELIEVE ME IT DID DO SOME JUSTICE, BUT MY THIGHTS LOOKED
HORRID!!! BUT I DO WISH I STILL LOOKED THAT WAY I GAINED ALL MY WEIGHT
BACK!!! i AM APROVED FOR SURGERY, I AM JUST SO SCARED OF DYING, I DONT KNOW
IF I CAN GO THROUGH WITH IT.
