Question:
Has anyone had approval from PHP Michigan?

I would like to know of anyone in Michigan that has had approval from PHP Michigan and how long it took them to get it and how hard it was?    — charri09 (posted on April 11, 2000)

I used to have PHP of MI and had a specific exclusion regarding WLS. I believe some of the plans do cover it but mine did not. I have since switched to BCBS in hopes of having the surgery approved. At least BCBS doesn't have a specific exclusion for it. Best of luck to you!!
