Question:
Anyone tried the Nature's Code system on QVC?

I have seen Dr. Taub's vitamin/mineral supplements called "Nature's Code" featured on QVC several times. He is very convincing that they contain all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day, and also some herbs pertaining to your age group (there is a formula for over 50 and under 50, male or female). They also come in a convenient daily pak. Before I sound like a commercial for them, I am wondering if any post-op bariatric folks out there have tried them? I am searching for the right supplements, I have surgery scheduled in April.    — Lori B. (posted on March 21, 2000)

I used the Nature's Code before surgery, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. However, after surgery when you start having to take 3-5 doses of vitamins a day, those packets with 4-5 pills inside become a bit much to take. You'll be better off with a general purpose 1-a-day type multivitamin.
