Question:
He who has the last laugh

Am 4 weeks post op. I saw my regular Dr. today for the first time since the surgery. He was amazed! He questioned the nurse if she was SURE that the blood presure she took was correct....then, when i told him my blood sugar was perfect without meds he didn't believe me and insisted on taking my sugar level...it was 122!!! for once he was speechless.....Thank God and Thank this surgery!!    — Shelly G. Thank God and Thank this surgery!! I second that statement!!!! Congrats to you...Keep up the good work!!!! My PCP did the same thing when he first checked my weight, Blood Pressure and sugar, one month post-op, he about fell off his stool.. He even asked me to get a stack of my surgeons business cards, he said he had a few patients he needed to discuss this with.. (wonder if I can get commission) ;-)

And I third that statement! Without this surgery, and the support we receive from this site, we'd all be in big trouble, wouldn't we? I know God has been good to me, and I'm grateful to Him and to you all. Jaye
