Actually, the expense is actually about $850 per month. The databases used here are pretty extensive, as you've probably noticed. The programming is pretty labor intensive also. If a big company like, say, General Motors, were ever to build a site like this, I'd bet they would surely pay something like $500,000 or so for it. Now... if only I could get any clients like THAT to do web projects. No chance, though. None of the big companies pay attention to the little folks like me, regardless of quality of work done. I have several local clients who I've done web stuff for. Trying to get a few more.
