Question:
need to write a letter for appeal any help out there?

They are saying,"that diagnosis of morbid Obesity has not been provided and there is no doccumened evidence of an underlying medical condition aggravated by the diagnosis of obbesity." I had a psych evaluation he wrote a outstanding letter for me.My ppo wrote and gave all my medical records and Dr.Schoulton said i was a exselant canidate,health is good but for my blood pressure goes up only sometimes very high colesteral swollen ankles and feet.any suggestion on what to write or were to go to see an exsample of letters?    — Lisa D.
