Has anyone used Walter Lindstrom?

Hi everyone! I just wanted to know if any of you out there has gone to Walter Lindstrom and used him to get your appeal over turned? I have been denied because of a contract exclusion. It states: WE WILL NOT COVER ANY SERVICES RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT OR TREATMENT OF ANY OVERWEIGHT OR OBESITY CONDITIONS. I have recieved some info from Walter and was wondering if anyone has had this exclusion and used Walter to beat it. If anyone could please let me know, I would really appreciate it. Hi Stacy.... I received word from my insurance company today that they will pay for my surgery. They denied me back in May and with the help of Walter Lindstrom I will have the happiest of New Years!!! Check on my profile page for the long version but yes, he has won one for this fat lady!!!
