Darcy, Do you maximize the screen? I don't know much about computers but mine says to Maximize the screen, then it puts you in under an anon. name which you can change on the bottom of the screen. I'm from Michigan too. Around the Midland area. Be happy to chat with you if you want. I am 16mo. post op and -159# so far. Doing great. Dr. Sapala did my surgery in Detroit.
