Question:
Has anyone had the Gastric Bypass surgery twice after about two years?

Tonia, your last update on your profile is more than 2 years ago, what kind
of problems are you having? Basically I would think a surgeon would not
redo the surgery unless there was something physically wrong. You would
have to have a staple line disruption, or enlarged stoma, etc. If your
surgery is intact, and the problem is weight regain, then you have to start
looking at what you are eating, how much you move, etc. Good luck.

Hi, I am currently exploring having a revision as well I lost weight and I
am stable. However, I would like to be like the others who lost
significant amount of weight and write to tell others to follow the dummy
rules ect, ect, I am sure that you catch my drift. I want to wish you
luck!
Take Care,
Cheryl

To answer specifically, yes, many do need revision. But you'll need to be
more specific about why you think you might need it. Are you sickly? Pukey?
Lost too much? Not enough? Regain? You might want to tune into the Grad
list to find others who are discussing revision.
