Question:
has anyone tired or heard of Trivita B12 ?
Hello,to All you Lovely people. I was wathing T.V. and seen this offer for Trivita Sublingual B12 tablet. It melts under your Tounge and is suppose to go in your blood stream. It is suppose to absorb more of the vitimin B12 better and faster.Has anyone tried this and did it work for you? I would like to try it but I would rather not be the first(cowardly Bird that I am.)Thanks 5'4" 264/141/135 2 years May 7 — madbird (posted on April 21, 2005)

I use an inexpensive sublingual brand from the drugstore and it has been
very effective. So effective in fact that in my last blood test I had more
B12 in my system than the normal range.

Yes, I did purchase Trivita desolving tablets. I have not bought
overthecounter B's before or used any other product. I honestly only
notices my hair growth. Fuller, longer...blah, blah. I couldn't tell you
a noticable difference otherwise! I haven't stopped taking B vitamins
since. I can tell you that the desolving tablets don't taste bad at all
(my opinion) and I can tell the difference between them and reg. swallow
pills. Good luck. I like the other suggestions from other posters...
would consider that B4 perchasing Trivita again myself.

I got some for free off of their website a year ago. They were fine but I
do a monthly B-12 injection now. I have a hard time remembering to take
meds!
