Congratulations!!!! I fell in love with HOT and SOUR Soup from a Chinese
Restuarant..got me thru the rugh times of felling hungry all the time, and
the warmth made my new pouch feel so happy. Also, cottage cheese flavored
with yogurt, yogurt on its own is good. Don't forget your Protein Drinks,
mashed potatoes thinned with water or skimmed milk, Carb Countdown Milk, I
love the Chocolate and mix it with my proein powder every day. I am down
from size 22 to size 6 and some 4's. I am also AT GOAL!!! It is SO WORTH IT
!!! Email me if you would like, I will help as much as I can.

I remember I loved eating Watermelon chunks (about 3 or 4 max), Cream of
Wheat made with 1/2 milk and 1/2 water, (with a little sweet n low and milk
on top), cottage cheese, and yogurt smoothies. Tomato soup with canned
vegees in it also was a diversion. Most canned soups (like vegetable) have
soft enough vegees in them to tolerate during this phase. Stay away from
noodles or rice. Best of luck to you!

I ate scrambled egg beaters. I was so suprised at how they tasted just
like real eggs. I got the ones that are not not just egg whites. I still
eat them. I use them in all my baking and cooking and they come in three
diferent kinds, there is southwestern, garden, and regular. They are in
the refrigerated section where the cottage cheese, butter and yogurt are at
Walmart. I also use a spray butter. I Can't believe It's Not Butter is the
brand i use. Sugar free pudding made with skim milk. I also ate a lot of
baby food.
