Payment installments for what type of surgery? WLS, or plastic surgery?
If it is for plastic surgery, there are alot of finance companies that will
finance your reconstructive surgery. Capital One is a good one. Go on-line
and put in Plastic Surgery financing. If you are looking for financing for
WLS, that might be a real hard find. If you works insurance does not cover
WLS, you might want to borrow money from a relative, or get a part time
second job or switch jobs for a insurance that will pay for WLS. If you
pay for WLS yourself, it is a write off on your taxes.

Getting money for WLS isn't hard. Go to your local bank and ask for a
medical loan. It's what I did for WLS and for plastic surgery. No
questions asked. The interest rate is much better than capital one too.
Good luck to you!

Depends where you live, but go to www.wish.org
This is the doc that I used. They allow small payments every month. But
they do require a large down payment, usually $2000 or $3000.
