Our local PS's stopped using binders because the implants didn't drop
evenly or predictably WAY too often. They just use a support garment that
holds, but is not tight. Has worked very well for many of us.

I had double mastectomy 2 years ago and didn't have implants but did have
TRAM Flap reconstruction. I kept those suckers bound up like Christmas
Turkeys. I think it made me feel safe. My plastic surgeon finally said -
Let them go!! Set them free! If you don't they'll be hard and unnatural
forever. So I wore a good quality garmet in the day time and slept without
a bra at all at night. They developed a very natural "droop"
(not sag) very soon after that. Best wishes to you!
