Okay, good to know it's legit. Perhaps the reason Bob didn't receive it is because it was sent to only Florida members (since Shannon and I are both in Florida)? I will go back to the site on the e-mail and check again. Thanks for letting me (us) know.

I was wondering also, Thanks. We should expand this Nationwide. We all really need to speak up. Even those of use like me who had the surgery. I've been in the hospital for 3 days from an ulcer because i stupidly mistakenly took motrin last week, but i never regretted the surgery, not even this summer after a marginal ulcer and 3 strictures. As someone who handles appeals, and a resident of New York, let me tell you, even though five states mandate it, I am booming with appeals in New York, virginia etc. These carriers STILL deny claims for any reason they can in New York and make us take the claims all the way to the State on almost every appeal. That is a damn shame.

I believe it is discrimation when an insurance company will not try to help save a persons life, as I wrote to the Insurance commissioners. I know they are working on the bill now. I understand they are trying to first save all the fast food resturants. That is fine with me I don't blame the resturants at all. I also believe that these insurance companies have hired these doctors under contract and yet will not trust there opioions. What up with that? I hope all of us put the petition on all of our personal emails to get everyone to sign. I will start today.
