THe answer really depends on a number of things. How tall are you? Im 5'5" and weigh 210 but I wear a size 18, cant even get near a 16 yet! SO, congrats there!! I spoke with a plastic surgeon prior to WLS and he wouldnt touch me till I weighed 180 at max! Im not sure if all plastic surgeons feel this way or not, youll have to check around. They are just worried that you wont be satisfied if you continue to loose weight after the TT and have more skin. Guess that parts up to you! Not sure what to tell you exactly...however, congrats on your loss! That's wonderful. I'm not sure what you're asking, but I assume it's "am I done?" There is no way for us to say. Are you satisfied where you are, knowing there is a chance of 10-20 lb regain? Are you comfortabel? Are you satisfied with your health? Is your surgeon satisfied w/your results? Those are all the factors that I would consider. BTW- I weigh 143, and I wear a 10/12 bottom and a small top. I don't know how you're in a 12/14 bottom, since I didn't get there until I was in the 150's. So, I'm jealous!!! Congrats.

Dia, My plastic surgeon said he likes to wait till you are within 10-15 pounds of your goal weight. If you lose more than that you will be unhappy with the results. Congratulations. I had my arms and a breast lift done first. Plastic surgeon said a 20 pound loss after these would not effect my results. Good luck.
