Question:
Pain where lap band is placed

I am having a pain, its a small pain, where my lapband has been placed its a small stinging pain, not a bad pain, but its kinda worrying me, ive had it since my surgury 6 months ago, after 90 pounds of loss I thought I wouldnt be experiancing it. its in the center of my chest right below the center of my brests. Think its acidic? One strange thing is that I used to have acid reflux, well it stopped the day i got my surgury, so I dunno. Think acid is getting blocked? Hey Dawn.. I haven't experienced that type of pain .. sounds like it could be the acid. I hate to be boring, but you ought to ask your doc, just to be safe. You haven't been taking NSAIDs, have you? Another thing you might want to do (if you haven't already) is post your question on the LapBand message board on this site. You'll get more answers.
