Testimonials on the Ab scissors

Has anyone heard of or used the Body By Jake Ab scissors machine? I saw it this weekend on the Home Shopping network and wanted to know if anyone had an experience with it. If it does what it says then I am all for it. It is suppost to work your upper and lower abs and get rid of your flab.
