My surgeon recommends beef jerky--not quite 0 carbs, but really close.
There is also a Sci-Fit beef stick--the teriyaki flavor is good. How about
Atkins Crunchers? Soy crisps that are disguised as potato chips? There is
also low fat cheese such as low fat swiss by Jarlsberg cheese and Baby
Bonbel lite cheese.

I love to eat moz cheese sticks (7 grams of protein per one ounce sticks
and only 1 carb - nothing is zero carb, even if it
says it is lol).

"Just The Cheese" does it for me too. It is baked cheese. I
love the Jalapena. It looks like tiny rice cakes. It is crunchy so it
satisfies my salt/crch cravings.

i like to take peperoni and nuke it until the grease is out, pat it dry
then eat those! little hard disks! my friend uses turkey peperoni! i also
take american cheese, spray a plate with pam nuke the cheese for about 1
minute, depends on your microwave, it should be bubbly and begining to
brown. then take it off the plate while hot and let it cool on a paper
towel. it is hard and crunchy, 0 carbs. another thing is lunch meat roll
ups, make some cheese spread (sharp cheese grated onion and mayo to make it
spreadable) spread it on ham or turkey lunch meat then slice it, little pin
wheel snacks! make some turkey jerky! take a hot skillet drop on a handful
of real parmeasean grated cheese let it melt then put it on a paper towel
to cool, hard, crunchy, salty yummy! sprinkle it wiht oniuon and garlic
powder for more flavor! take teeny pieces of hard cheese roll them in
beaten egg whites then seasonsed crushed pork rinds (garlic powder paprika
etc) bake them until browned let cool! like chips! take nuts, any kind,
beat 2 eggwhites coat the nuts srinkle them wiht spendra and cinimon,
spread out and bake! not carbless but better snaking then other things!
make peanut butter things, 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup non fat powderd
milk, 1/2 cup protien powder (and spendra if it is not sweet enough),
enough water to make dough, roll out into balls, sweet, extra protien!
good luck and happy snacking!!!
