I got a sleeve of one ounce medicine cups when I left the hospital and I
may have had to ask for them. You can also get them at a medical supply
store. Also two tablespoons equals one ounce.

Tupperware. Tupperware makes a wonderful set of 4 - one ounce cups with
lids. I purchased mine at an open air market last weekend for $4.99. Not
sure how much they are through Tupperware. Good Luck.

Craft stores also carry them for kids projects. Instead of those, I bought
a set of four tupperware containers that are 4oz each (? or smaller). Early
on I filled them to a 1oz portion and I could take them to work for lunch.
Best wishes -

If you have a set of measuring cups, 1 oz is half of a 1/4 cup. Many (all?)
protein powder canisters include a scoop that is that size.

Hi, I got mine at Gordon Food Service; it's kind of like a restaurant
supplier. I'm here in Indiana so I don't know if you have GFS in Texas. I
bought a package of 250 one-ounce cups and also 250 two-ounce cups. I was
also able to buy lids for them, which makes it great for bringing my lunch
to work with me, and I put my meals in my 2 oz. cups so I make sure not to
overeat. Good luck!

I went to Walmart and got a 4oz. measuring glass (it looks like a shot
glass). It measures from 1oz. to 4oz. which is nice because as you
progress from liquids to solids you go up in ounces.

a half of 1/4 cup is 1/8 of a cup. You can buy 1/8 measuring cups in the
kitchen gadget aisle at the grocery stores. I have several in different
coffee cannisters.

Hi Tom my Nutritionist gave me an excellent idea for measuring 1 oz of food
and an excellent way to store pureed food post-op. She said to use Ice
Cube trays becuase each compartment is 1 oz. She said if you want to store
food just freeze it in the ice cube tray w/ a freezer bag and once frozen
put it another freezer bag to store it. Then if you need lets say 3 oz of
protein u take out 3 cubes and microwave it and voila meal is done. Hee Hee
