Question:
Leg muscles?
Hi I am now 7 mths. post-op from rny and this might be a weird question but was wondering if any one else has had this weird feeling in yor legs? Everytime I go to sit down or bend over to do something, I get this weird pulling sensation in my legs, you can actually hear the muscles stretch or bones what ever it is make this weird noise that I never felt before! So, I was just wondering what it mght be and if anyone else has had this happen to them? thanks a bunch! — Melodee S. (posted on August 27, 2003)

You have to be careful when it comes to strange sensations in your legs,
when I had a DVT it felt like a pulled muscle. I would call my doctor and
have it checked out just in case. It is way better to be safe then sorry.

My surgery was on 5/5/03 and I too have been experiencing some really bad
tight really tight muscles in my legs back, feet. I was attributing to my
fibromyalgia or Rhuematoid Arthiritis, but now I wonder. The heating pad
seems to help.

HI im 2 1/2 weeks out and I was sqatin' in my kitchen today and the same
happened to me. My thigh muscle really pulled and was painful. I am not
sure what it was but thought I would take slow and easy for the next few

Have you had your labs done recently? Some muscle pain is a sign of
deficiencies sometimes. Worth a check!

I had some similiar leg problems. It ended up being a calcium deficiency.
I take Vitamin D and Calcium twice a day and haven't had any trouble since.
You might give your regular doctor a call.
