It's very normal to not lose weight for a couple of weeks at a time. You
may want to start measuring yourself, cause many times when you don't lose
weight you can lose inches. If you really want to get going, try higher
protein, low, low carbs and kick up the exercise significantly. Swim
harder, do interval training, start using weights when you walk. If what
you are doing exercise wise is 'comfortable' to you, then you probably are
not pushing yourself hard enough to get your body to kick up the
metabolism. Also build muscle, it burns more calories than other tissue.
Good luck

I've been sitting at 292 since Aug 9th. Just do what you need to and it
will move. I am watching what I eat more closely and started doing my
meals on fitday.com so that I am sure I am doing what I think I am. Also
kicking myself in the butt and not cancelling workouts. Your weight loss
will move again.
