Question:
WAS SCOPED, HAD GALLBLADDER REMOVED WHAT COULD IT BE

I HAD WLS 2 YEARS AGO. I HAD TO BE SCOPED FOR ULCERS (FOUND NONE) AND 12 DAYS AGO HAD MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED. I SAW THE SURGEON 4 DAYS AGO TOLD HIM HE SAID DIDN'T KNOW. IF CONTINUED SEE MY PCP. WELL IT IS CONTINUEING BUT IT COMES AND GOES. ANY IDEAS OUT THERE. I WILL CALL MY DOC. FOR AN APPOINTMENT IF THIS KEEPS UP. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD HELP. THANKS LANA    — Lana H. Lana, it would be helpful if you could tell us what symptoms you have been having, i.e. pain in your pouch, etc. Can you please give us some more details? :)

Make sure they do an ultrasound or catscan to make sure there were no gallstones left in the ducts. This happended to my father in law and it caused him pain after the surgery. Just ask them to check.
