Does anyone know of a good plastic surgeon in Illinois who is a BC/BS PPO Provider?

Dr Jerome Weiskopf (815-397-4180) located in Rockford, IL is a great plastic surgeon. He is well respected in his field. I will say that his bed-side manner leaves a bit to be desired sometimes. He seems to know how good he is and sometimes it shows. However, if he's good with a scalpel, I could live with his ego. Also, I am unsure if he still participates in your insurance plan. He did, but because things change so quickly I included his office number so you can verify. Good Luck
