Question:
Does Calcim Citrate come in liquid form?

Oh My Gosh! The pil is huge! I cut it up in three pieces and the edges really hurt going down. I am also taking a prenatal that went down okay cut up. HELP!    — Michele B. (posted on August 9, 2003)

Michele, there is a liguid calsium citrate. I bought it in a brown pint bottle at the health food store in grape flavor for about $18. The bad news is the taste. I yakked it back up the three times I tried it and then threw it away. I take a Viactive caramel chewable calcium twice a day and a Flintstones with iron three times a day. Lori in TN

we can only get the calcium we need as calcium citrate, viactive doesnt help us any, check health food stores and gnc for a liquid form and make sure its citrate and not carbonate.

hiya! yes it does thank goodness. i use Bluebonnet brand, blueberry flavor. check with GNC or a local health food store or you can order a similar brand at www.vitamintrader.com. i also found Twinlab calcium citrate in capsules -- that works and there are some chewables (called "wafers"..uh hello they are more like the size of a hockey puck!) look around online or in your local health food store. good luck, kate

Look for it on www.vitaminworld.com or in Vitamin World stores. The GNC stores I have been to don't carry it.

I just got home from Vitamin World where I bought liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate manufactured by LifeTIME. It comes in Blueberry, Strawberry, Lemon Custurd and Orange/Vanilla flavor. The girl at the store said strawberry was very popular so I took her word and bought that.
