Anyone have experience with Mountain Medical Affiliates

I'm switching to my company's insurance, MMA PPO. As long as medically necessary, WLS is not excluded. Does anyone have experience getting approval and/or with subsequent claims related to WLS?    — SweetDragonfly (posted on July 26, 2003)
