Question:
Has anyone tried Aria Soy Protein? Its made just for woman in mind and I was....

I tried this and for some reason it tasted bitter to me! Maybe it is sweetened with Stevia (I have a problem with that kind of sweetner). I couldn't drink it at all.

I tried this and it was pretty good from what I remember. I found out it wasn't the best kind of protein for us to absorb, though (whey is). I prefer ProBlend 55 now, especially the mocha.

I have tried this and I cannot stand it....because it is soy it does not break up well when mixed with juice or water. I haven't tried it with milk because I have become lactose intolerant...i have been told that whey protein is absorbed better and also breaks up better.
