Question:
Seeking Those Who Have Tried "Penta" Water

Anybody out there had any experiences positive or negative RE: Penta water? I would sure like to know if any one feels it has made a differnce in their health, pre or post op. Hydration is sooooooooo important. Please share if you have tried it. Thanks    — Char G. (posted on July 1, 2003)

Char, you will probably get a lot of different responses to this one...I've tried "Penta Water", and well...it has a "crisper" more refreshing taste. You're right, hydration is VERY important. I liked it very well. The taste is like no other. There has even been several physicians in the community that recommend it. Penta doesn't have the added chemicals, etc., that even spring water has. Chemistry was not one of my greatest subjects in school, even though it was very interesting~~I'm not a chemist, so I couldn't give you specifics. I've got tunnel vision...meaning I'm looking for: protein, calcium, magnesium., stuff like that. The strange thing is the company asks that you do not add ice cubes to it or freeze it because the *nutrients* won't be active??.... I've had my share of waters. I've had SmartWater (it supposedly has nutrients in it too), FruitWater is good (made by the same company (Glacier), and Fruit2O (by VeryFine)is REAL tasty. I have several cases of each of them and when I finish, the only ones I plan on re-ordering will probably be the Fruit2O and Penta is...well, a possibility right now. There's also AquaCal and several others. I have a supply of most of the ones on the market now. I'm always sampling stuff...but that's how you find out if it's good, it works and is worth what you pay for the product. Anymore, I'm just interested in wht's in for me, healthwise? Sometimes, from what I've been told on this website, it can be another "gimmick" and way to bilk you out of more money! I guess it's a personal preference.
