I buy Real Meals off a flashing bulletin on obesityhelp.com. They have 6o
grams protein a pack. I have 2 half packs a day. they cost like 2.25 a day.
I get a case for $45. they have choclate and vanilla, I like both. Good

Real Meals is a protein drink that has 60 grams of protein plus over 40
other vitamins in it for post ops. You can get them at
www.protein-solution.com. There is also a FAQ page that can explain better
than I can.

They are also sold at the Vitamin Shoppe, if there's one near you. They
are a little cheaper per box, plus you don't have to pay shipping.

you might want to try a sample / single packet before you invest a lot. I
know some people like them, but I tried it and it was wretched! gritty
& nasty tasting. I know we all have different tastes, this is my own
personal opinion.

Yes, I thought they were nasty as well. Thankfully someone from this site
sent me two samples before I spent a lot of money. I don't know where/if
you can get samples but I would try to get some. Some people love them but
I thought they were awful.

I've had 2 packets of Real Meals for about a month. The other day I
finally tried them. They were horrible. Way to sweet, and just not good.
Of course, this is my opinion. You should order a sample pack and try it
before ordering a box because they're pretty expensive.
