Question:
Just wondering which is the better way to go?

Hi, I am 3 mths. post-op and was transected and I hear different stories all of the time that being transected is good and not being transected is good, so I was just wondering what you all think of this issue of which is better, my doctor only does the transecting and I have no probs. w/that> just curious, thanks for the info.    — Melodee S. Having had the priviledge of having both types, let me pout it this way. If I'd been transected, I'd have only had one surgery. The way I have to look at is that NOW I have experienced both sides, stapled & transected. And yeah, I have a very distinct preference: cut 'em.
