Question:
How effective is appeal when insurance commisions office helping?

I reside in FL. I have BCBS FL PPO and state insurance commisioners office is helping me through the appeal I just wanted to know do I have a good chance with them helping me?any advise please?    — marie M. (posted on May 9, 2003)
