Question:
Does anyone know how long you have to file an appeal with bcbs fl ppo?

I recieved my denial letter on 3/25/03 and I am sending my appeal out on Mon.the 4/28/03,I thinl I have 90 days i just wanted to make sure it does say i have 90 days in my certificate of coverage book,also does anyone know how long it takes to hear something back ?when should I start to call them to see if they r reviewing it ?Thanks for anyones help..    — marie M. When I was denied for the first time for my tummy tuck they sent me a form to do the appeal with. I went to another dr and then I was approved. Shirley
