Question:
Has anyone been denied because your obesity problem is pre-existing ?

I have to wait until Oct. when I have had my insurance a year before they will even consider the surgery...If the obesity was pre- existing I wouldn't need the surgery...If u have any suggestions please let me hear from you.    — Jan P. (posted on April 10, 2003)

they are trying to make me wait 12 months also mine is up in July ,Have you seen any doctor within the 6 months before you got your policy? I havent and they are still trying to tell me its pre-existing i am appealing it though...e- mail me directly i will tell you more. [email protected]
