Question:
If you are in the process of appealing and your ins. is up for renewel does it effect

Does it affect the appeal I mean lets say your insurance is going to renew in 4 months and then your employer changes wls as not a covered service but your appealing on your old policy still and that covers wls and it takes more than 4 months w/ appeals process do they still have to cover the surgery ?And does it help in appeal letter to put that insurance commision office in your state told you to appeal, that is what they told me to do should I also put that in my appeal letter ?
