Question:
I just got home from the hsp and my weight gain is 10 lbs. I feel like a balloon.

Don't feel bad I gained 14 in the hospital, it's the IV fluids they gave you. I hit goal in under 6 months so you will still get there read my profile it should make you feel better!

The same thing happend to me.. I weighed more after I left the hospital then when I went in.. Was told it was all the fluids they had givin me. I'm happy to say I'm 26 days post op with having a LAP/RNY and have lost 35 lbs so far.. Don't worry you'll start seeing the weight come off soon enough. Good luck to you.

I gained 11 and I think it took just under a week to lose that and more.

I came home with an extra 15 lbs of fluid. I felt like my skin was 2 sizes too small. It did go away in about a week. It will for you, too!
