Dr. Baker in Little Rock, Arkansas does Open-RYN for 11,600.00 - 12,700.00 This includes your hospital for up to a 6 day stay if needed. He gives you 2 dates one Pre-op & the other surgery. He gives these for the same week so you only have to travel there once. You can find his Ph.# & reveiws under the link at the top "Find a Doc". He also has a website you can go to to get the pre-op packet e-mailed to you, print it out, fill it out & mail it back to him & his office will contact you. Here's his info.
