i have gone to some pilates classes at my gym, and i'm very happy with
them. they're challenging and good for general toning. mostly i've gone to
yoga classes, and some that mix yoga and pilates. they have some similar
components. i think you should give it a try and see how you like it. GOOD
LUCK!

There are some great Pilates videos out there to try also. I am very happy
with the results so far. You can also type pilates in the search engine
and you will find alot more resources and feedback on this.

Try Stott Pilates and for an added benefit before you build strength you
can you a flexband to aid in the exercises. For any exercise video I
recommend WWW.collagevideo.com--all they do is sell exercise videos and you
can view short segments of the video before you buy it.

I just bought the Winso Pilates videos. I have not got to try it yet, but I
watched it once through, and it looks do-able. I am hoping it will help
tighten up those saggy areas. I found them at Target for $40. Three videos,
a introduction to the main moves, a 20 min workout, and an advanced video
that targets trouble areas.

I have the pilates machine also and it rocks. I feel so much stronger and
firmer. I am now shopping for the magic ring so I can take it on trips
with me.
