Question:
Would b-complex sublingual liquid work for a b-12 supplement?

Yes, that is what my doctor recommends, taken once a week. I can also
choose to get injections once a month.

Yes, but have you tried it yet? You are supposed to hold it under your
tongue for I think 30 seconds or something, mine was gone in less than 2.
It was soo nasty! I just take b-12 in pill form now. Not too big of a pill,
not tiny either, but it works just fine for me.

I agree that the liquid can be really nasty tasting. I take a sublingual
pill that melts in a matter of seconds and has no taste. I get it at Trader
Joe's but you can get it at any health food store or supplement store. Oh
and it works and so does the liquid but it is yucky. The pills you take
once a day.
