I use calorieking.com
Give that a try. They have every brand of fast food there, including some
I've never even heard of.

Try Lilly.com It is the Lilly drug company and look for Nutrition in the
Fast Lane. Probably listed under diabetes. Or Call 1-800-545-5979 and
request a copy to be mailed to you free.

I use calorieking.com (and also have the book when I am away from the
computer). Burger King has an interactive calorie counter on their
website. Although I don't eat there, you can enter the food you want and
then get the calories for only what you want on it. For example if you
want a veggie burger with mustard and cheese and only the bottom bun, you
can enter that and get the calories for that exactly. Instead of getting a
generic count for the entire burger and then having to try to figure out
exactly how many calories are in that top part of the bun that you are not
going to eat. It's kinda fun to experiment with. Their entire menu is
like that. You have to search a little on the site to find it because it
is not listed in the main menu.
