What they don't tell you is that it's loaded with sugar! Just remember,
almost always low fat=high sugar. Be careful.

Ooooo, there was just a discussion thread on this product in yahoo's OSSG
graduates group. Here's what the poster there said she found out about the
nutritional content of this product when she called
McDonald's:<P>"Guess what ... the large (with the granola
topping) size has, like, 380 CALORIES, 10 grams protein (good thing), 49
grams suger and 75 grams carbs! Without the granola topping, the large
parfait has 280 CALORIES, 8 grams protein, 53 grams
carbs."<P>Sheesh! All I can say is, proceed at your own risk.

I agree with Willow, just add a tablespoon of grapenuts on top for the
extra crunch, it's a great treat!

I don't know the calorie content of the Yogurt Parfait, but I know it is
FULL of sugar. The strawberries are sweetened and the yogurt is too. I
agree that it is wonderful - used to eat them pre-op. Wouldn't touch one
now if my life depended on it.
