I've been using fitday.com for the past eight months. It's great for WLS
patients, and it's FREE. I record all of my daily food, my vitamins,
protein supps, water, exercise, weight loss, etc. It really helps me to
stay motivated and make sure I'm getting all of the nutrition I need each
day. I love it!
